A change in governing culture is vitally necessary in order to transform the manner in which many government organizations operate. Each of the Four Cornerstones of the Servant Governing Framework is equally important in creating a people-focused, high performance, value-centered, problem-solving government organization. This book presents an examination of the interdependent nature of the various leadership and management components of the Servant Governing Framework with an eye toward giving the reader insight as to how a government organizational culture can be transformed; and, what is needed to transform it.
