Rick, Greg, and Topher are the S.O.S. Boys who along with Aaron, an Irish setter, Markie, an alien robot dog, solve mysteries in Puget Sound, Washington. Their friend, Thisbe Woods parents had supposedly been killed in Peru, but Thisbe suspects that they may haven been kidnapped because of the research they were working on at the university about the infamous City of Gold.
