The Creative Curriculum Developmental Continuum Assessment Toolkit for Ages 3-5 has the materials and forms you need to assess up to 25 children at three summary checkpoints each year and share information with families. Included are forms for individual children, class summary forms, and report forms. The Toolkit may be used on its own or with our software reporting tool, CC-PORT (The Creative Curriculum Progress and Outcomes Reporting Tool). The Toolkit is a Complete Assessment System directly correlated to the goals and objectives of The Creative Curriculum.
