This updated, best-selling supplement continues to contain Article 2 of the U.C.C., extensive excerpts from the Restatement (Second) of Contracts, the CISG, EU Directives, sample contracts and many other domestic and international materials. It can be used with any contracts casebook. Recent editions have received a significant makeover. Most notably, the supplement now includes short annotations that introduce each selection. These annotations put each selection in context by explaining its origins, central purpose(s), scope of application, and current legal status.
