1993 stated Second Edition, revised. Hardcover. Demand for the first edition of A UTAH FLORA exceeded all expectations. All copies of the work were placed in the hands of students of the flora of Utah and of other states. A comprehensive treatment of the vascular flora of Utah is presented. Keys are provided to families, genera, species, and infraspecific taxa (when present). Taxa are described, ecological data is given, and geographical information is provided. County distribution in Utah is given for each species and infraspecific taxon. General geographical information is given for taxa that extend beyond the boundaries of Utah. Chromosome numbers are provided for each taxon, where that information was available in literature. The second edition was prepared to include all of the novelties described and all new distributional records received in the herbarium since the previous edition. The keys were altered to include the new materials and the discussions following many of the taxon descriptions were enlarged. Information type specimens in the herbarium of Brigham Young University were included int he appropriate taxa.
