The Guide helps facilitate class discussion, individual discussion and homework/application as well as an accountability time in which each week's previous application is discussed.

Working through this workbook, alongside the DVD and Leader's presentation, group participants become fully equipped to apply the principles of spiritual growth and change presented in LifeShapes and trade; to their own lives.
