This is the second, revised edition of this book. BACKCOVER: The process of doing Chinese medicine is based on a relatively rigorous methodology and logic. This system of logic is like calculus or a computer language. Only if one uses the correct terms in their proper sequence will one get the proper, time-tested, clinically verified result at the end. To a large extent, this methodology is based on the logic inherent in the Chinese language. In Chinese, Chinese medicine is extremely clear and logical. However, in translation, this logic and clarity are often lost because of misunderstanding the denotations and connotations of the technical Chinese terminology. It is my hope that this new edition on TCM acupuncture will help rectify these misunderstandings and establish and continue this exceptionally clear methodology here in America.
