It is a creation of David Chang, the James Beard Awardwinning chef behind the Momofuku restaurants in New York, Momofuku cookbook cowriter Peter Meehan, and Zero Point Zero Productionproducers of the Travel Channels Emmy Awardwinning Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations.
