The Book I Planted A Seed has a beginning in the Pan Handle of Oklahoma during depression days. Life was at its worst for Bill Quisenberry and his family. Starvation and other hardships were a threat to them all. Finally, the family moved to Pomona, California. There, in church, he met his wife and eventually they served on two foreign mission fields. Much of that part of the story depicts raising their six children on the island of Okinawa. Since they were Faith Missionaries they learned early how to trust God for their needs.
